At Pioneer Valley Pelvic Health, we focus on providing personalized pelvic floor therapy that puts you first. Our approach is patient-centered and trauma-informed, which means we take the time to understand your needs and create a treatment plan that works for you.

As an out-of-network practice, we have the flexibility to spend more time with you, so you never feel rushed. This allows us to focus on your care and healing, rather than navigating insurance limitations.

We believe in clear, actionable steps to support your progress. That’s why we provide detailed follow-up instructions after each session, so you always know what to do between visits. Our goal is to help you stick to your treatment plan and make lasting improvements at your own pace. We never use shame, blame, or fear tactics as part of our treatment—just compassionate care focused on your well-being.

Our team is committed to creating a space where you feel comfortable and respected, with a special focus on providing inclusive care for the LGBTQ+ community. We understand that pelvic health can be complex, and our goal is to offer expert care in a space where you feel supported every step of the way.

We’re here to help you take control of your pelvic health in a way that fits your life. If you’re ready to get started, we’d love to help.
